These Terms & Conditions apply to any purchases made on the Janspeed online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

Pricing

All prices are listed in Pound Sterling. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

 

Ordering

Orders can be placed through our online store. Once an order is placed, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.

 

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ChinaUnionPay, JCB, Diners, Discover, Electron, Maestro, Apple Pay & Google Pay. Payment will be processed upon order confirmation.

 

Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. UK Shipping is free and European shipping will be calculated at checkout. Any international shipping outside of UK & Europe will need to be calculated to ensure you receive an accurate and fair cost therefore we will receive your order and get in touch with you regarding the delivery costs. We aim to process all orders within 2-3 working days, however please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery based on demand and possibly longer depending on destination. Janspeed is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

 

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the item is in its original condition. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned item. We will have best endeavours to honour refunds where possible. 

 

Warranty

Products sold on our store come with a 12 Month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or wear and tear.

 

Liability

Janspeed is not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites or services.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
